Just a couple teaser photos from Zoom visit

Visiting the Zoom plant was a highlight for Jason and Terry. Both have been avid Zoom customers for many years and meeting the mastermind behind the baits was a special treat. As a bonus Ed Chambers took us over to his WEC plant and we got to sit and talk shop for more than an hour about his crankbaits.

Talk about a labor of love, Chambers does the crankbaits because he loves to tinker and improve and loves the perfection and detail that goes into make a crankbait better. His paint jobs have more than 55 steps. It's amazing.

There will be much more to come from this visit in the next few days. But for now here is a picture or two from today's visit.

It is cool to see people that are so passionate about the products that they make. Thanks to Zoom and all the other great tackle companies that put the Fisherman First.

Scott. It's amazing to me when I get to meet a true innovator like Ed. The guy is a genius. He's forgotten more than I'll ever know about building lures. Amazing. One of the best experiences in my career. And I mean that. He has a love for everything he does. Ed Wortham and Chris Baxter are topshelf guys as well. Great experience. Thank you Tammy. I work very hard because I know how blessed I've been in this industry.

Great job guys! I sure hope that while you were near Athens, you went to the Varsity near UGA campus and chowed down...

Nice story and great picture of Mr. Chambers! I still remember the first time I met him at Bass Pro Shops when he came to pick-up several gun safes (probably to keep all those WEC's in) and my guys loaded him up and sent him back to Athens. I only have two of those baits but they are PRICELESS!Never met Chris but shipped him a bunch of stuff from SPRO via Lynn.

I have to say, yes"Some recipe's of plastics and worms are good,"however,My ZOOM Products of "YESTERYEAR"still look and work as well as the day I received them in 1996...The ZOOM Product Line-Up and series of plastics are durable and cannot be duplicated.I Love the ZOOM FLUKES as Mr. Shaw Grigsby instructed years ago...as I catch all species on the White or Pearl colored Zoom Flukes rigged or tipped off a jig or offset Wide-Gap Hook! Monster Striper seem to never fear a Zoom Fluke worm and Bass love the Wide Variety of other products Zoom produces...Want Five alive in the well...Get some Zoom products TODAY!
